UPCOMING CAJUN AND ZYDECO EVENTSTREND WATCHINGFor many years the pop music charts have reflected many of the fads and fashions that have come and gone in American culture. These trends have included clothing, recreation, television shows, haircuts and possessions (like the Pet Rock). Frequently the songs were performed by "One-Hit Wonders"- Artists who disappeared almost as quickly as the fad they sang about. In the quiz this month we feature songs about items that were hot at the time. Sometimes these things are still around in one form or another, in other instances they are pop culture footnotes. Can you match the performer with the song?
